Introduction:

Chatty ("Chatty", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you", "your"). This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use Chatty.

Privacy:

Chatty does not collect any personal information from you. We do not store or sell any user data. We may temporarily store user data such as conversation history, which as mentioned in the ToS, can be deleted by ending your conversation. We may also collect small portions of conversational history, in order to improve the AI functionality of Chatty. This collection of data is ENTIRELY confidential, and anonymous. Not even the developers can find out who it came from. 

Use of Information:

The data we collect is used only to improve the performance of the bot, and no other use is made of it.

Sharing of Information:

We do not share any personal information with third parties, unless required by law or with your express consent.

Security of Information:

We take the security of your personal information seriously and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Children's Privacy:

Chatty is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and neither is discord. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a user is found out to be underage, we will promply delete all data we may have collected(even though we DON'T store user data), and blacklist them from further use of the bot.

Changing of Policy:

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. Your continued use of Chatty following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean you accept those changes.
